What is included with my letter jacket?
Your school will award the jacket and letter with two activity inserts for your letter.You are responsible for any other personalization you wish to have for your jacket.
How and when do I order my letter jacket and extra patches, etc?
You may order items to personalize your jacket by returning the enclosed order form, with full payment on order day. The order day, time and place for your school date is printed on the front of the envelope. You will be measured by a Balfour representative, and will need to turn in your order form and payment ON THAT DATE.
How do I know my jacket size?
All sizing will be done by a Balfour representative at your school on the order date.You will try on an actual jacket to get a feel for the size and will confirm the size choice at that time.
Why should I order my patches and personalization options now?
- Your jacket will be ready to wear with all patches sewn on!
- Award patches will be sewn on as part of the jacket creation. All stitching will be hidden under the liner.
- All patches are color coordinated to match your jacket and letter exactly.
- If you order patches after the original order date, your patches will be shipped separately and you will be responsible for having them sewn on.
- You will save money by purchasing package discount options
How do I pay for my jacket options?
You may pay by cash, credit or debit card. Checks are not accepted.

- All orders must be received in writing on your school’s order date.
- Telephone order cannot be accepted.
- Pictures of patches are only examples.
Does the package price include the jacket?
- In most states, the package price includes the jacket.
- In Texas, in particular, the schools cover the cost of the jacket.
What is the best way to see patch options?
You can view patch options on Letter Jacket or in the Balfour catalog.
How do we get a color match for schools?
Each school has its specific color specifications already set up.
Do we have an updated easy form for students to use and not the rep?
95% of our orders are placed online. We direct students to our online ordering site.
Do we have an online ordering process like rings?
Yes, our ordering process is similar to the one we have for rings.
Do we have a complete pricing catalog that is customer facing?
We do not use a customer-facing catalog.
How do they fit (small or true)?
They fit exactly like the sizers that students try on.
Are these ladies or men's sizes?
The sizes are unisex.
Can a jacket be resized?
No, jackets cannot be resized. Please ensure accurate body measurements are taken to select the best fit.
