Ultimately, it will be up to you to choose the size that best fits you. Prior to processing your order, you will be asked to initial and confirm your chosen size.

What if I just need to order patches for my letterman?

At Balfour, we recognize that in many areas around the country, the letterman is provided by the school. If this is the case for you or if you just want to order more patches, your Balfour sales representative can assist you with ordering more patches. When and where will my jacket be delivered after I have placed my order?

Balfour is proud to have the best jacket delivery in the business. Once completed, your jacket will be delivered to your local sales representative or directly to your school. At the time of ordering, your local Balfour representative will confirm the delivery date and location. If you placed an online order for loose chenille letterman patches, your order will be shipped directly to your shipping address within 4 weeks.

What if I need to make alterations to my jacket or have it repaired?

If you need to make alterations to your jacket, our local Balfour sales representative can assist you. Please note that due to the bulk size of the jacket, the fastest and most affordable way to have your jacket altered is through your local alteration shop.
